Ready-mix account terms (summary)
- Orders placed by 2:00p the business day before. Friday 2:00p for Monday.
- Orders cancelled inside 24 hours of first load are charged a short-load and cancellation fee per the account terms.
- Truck spacing: 3 trucks rotating for anything over 150 CY; 2 trucks under 150 CY.
- 4000 psi structural mix. Flatwork mix has a different slump; confirm mix ID on the order.

Pump (rented with operator)
- Book 48 hours ahead. Same-day changes depend on availability, no guarantee.
- Anything over 150 CY or any elevated deck: line pump minimum, boom preferred.
- Elevated deck over 200 CY: two pumps.
- Columns: small pump.

House rules
- One foreman per active pour. The float foreman covers forming days.
- Finishers stay on a slab until saw cuts. Do not pull finishers off a slab pour before 2:00p to start another.
- New hires do not run the screed or the pump hose in their first 30 days.
- Light duty means no pour work.
