APMA member resources

The August 20 lunch

At the APMA membership lunch on Thursday, August 20, at Aunt Chilada's, we went over how you talk to it so you stay in control, instead of just googling with AI. We talked through harnesses a little. That is how the tools actually take action, and you still decide what gets saved. This page is where APMA members can find the lesson resources and keep going after lunch.

Practice files

Download the session samples

These are the four invented sources used during the demonstration. Download the first three files and paste the text message into your AI tool to practice consolidating the daily numbers.

Sample data only. These files were invented for the APMA August luncheon. They contain no member or cardholder data.

APMA member offering

Keep going after lunch.

APMA members can request a working conversation about one real administrative workflow in the tools they already use.

Bring a labeled sample or a stripped file. We will work toward a draft you can review, and you decide what gets saved.

Available to current APMA members. Pricing is discussed after the initial conversation.

Tell me where the work slows down, or email hello@polrai.com.

Fields marked are required.

By submitting, you agree to be contacted about your request. We do not sell or share your information.

About POLR AI

The same person you met at lunch.

I'm Brennan Gerle, and I run POLR AI from Chandler. I work with operators in construction, manufacturing, and other field-based businesses to put AI into the work they already do.

The common ground is administrative work that lives in spreadsheets, email, and PDFs. We start with the workflow, keep a person responsible for the final decision, and only add technology where it makes the work better.
