Brennan comes to your office for 90 minutes and walks the work with your team. We sit with an estimator on a takeoff. We watch a PM on an RFI cycle. We see the front office on a submittal log or the AP queue. Then we identify where AI fits, where it doesn't, and where the risk is too high to try right now.

A written 90-day AI roadmap delivered within one week of the visit. 3 to 5 prioritized opportunities, rough effort and value for each, the sequence we recommend, and an honest call on the next step.

The next step is one of three things: a Coaching Retainer with POLR, a Development project with POLR, or your team handles it internally. We name which, and why. The roadmap is the map. The retainer or project is the journey. We will not pad the recommendation.
